
Policies and Procedures
By agreeing to purchase, the customer agrees to not seek any refunds or adjustments
of the purchase price by requesting paypal.com to charge back payments to us. (If using
a Credit Card)
There are no refunds. But we will be more than happy to give you a store credit or an
exchange.
Returns and Exchanges:
You must notify us if you want to send something back you will get an (RE) number to
send your package back if approved.
Returns will not be accepted unless it has been pre authorized with in 5 days from the
receipt of the goods. (Invoice) All exchanges require a RAE number. If you send a
package without the number it will be sent back to you.
All approved exchanges will be given a (RE) number. Absolute Hair Illusion reserves
the right to deny a return/exchange on any wig deemed to have been worn, styled,
adjusted, cutting of hair, or lace on any wig.
The returned package must have a copy of the original invoice with the (RE) number on
the outside of the package. We highly recommend that you have a tracking number to
assure that your package has been received.
There are no returns what so ever on wig supplies. Adhesives, tape, solvent, mannequin
heads, shears and other hair care product.
There are no returns what so ever on stock wigs. Please read all specifications before
you make the decision to buy the stock unit.
Returned freight is prepaid by the customer. Merchandise must be in its original box or
poly bag and hair net intact.
Please understand that we take returns and exchanges very seriously. Having the
wrong color, or textures are reasonable. This would be the main reason for a
return/exchange.
Sales Terms:
- We recommend that you inspect all the merchandise thoroughly upon
delivery and receipt to verify that your order is correct.
- All sales on stock wigs are final. No exchanges are permitted. Please
measure your head accurately prior to purchase.
- A store credit or exchange may be given after the custom wig is returned
and an inspection has been done.
Order Cancellation:
- An order cancellation is only for Custom wigs.
- Cancellations must be written either by email or fax within 24 hours.
- Orders must be canceled within 24 hours from the time that you place the
order.
- If you cancel an order after 24 hours you will then only be issued a store
credit from Absolute Hair Illusion to use towards a future purchase.
- There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee regardless of when you cancel.
- There are no refunds on Stock wigs.
